Service details
The application of anti-corrosion coatings usually takes three days. The chassis must be thoroughly cleaned with pressurized water and degreased. It is also necessary to remove the wheel arches and other plastic covers from the chassis and floor. Any parts that are already corroded must be cleaned mechanically and chemically, and the dismantled components must be thoroughly prepared for new paint and subsequent coating. These components, such as arms or brake calipers, are therefore always cleaned first using high-pressure blasting. Two layers of spray/coating are then applied to the most exposed areas. After the final application, the surface is left to dry for at least 12 hours. The finished car is handed over to the customer with complete photo documentation of the work carried out.
