Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b jsme v prvn\u00ed t\u0159etin\u011b kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00ed rekonstrukce cel\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd brzy nab\u00eddne komplexn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di o osobn\u00ed, sportovn\u00ed i z\u00e1vodn\u00ed automobily. Jak to cel\u00e9 za\u010dalo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u0161eho velk\u00e9ho jsou v\u017edy pouh\u00e9 sny a t\u011b\u017eko uchopiteln\u00e9 my\u0161lenky. Z t\u011bch postupn\u011b krystalizuje jasn\u00e1 vize s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm c\u00edlem. Na\u0161\u00ed viz\u00ed je vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9ho servisu, kter\u00fd se odli\u0161uje od v\u0161ech ostatn\u00edch individu\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem, precizn\u011b odvedenou prac\u00ed, zku\u0161en\u00fdm a profesion\u00e1ln\u00edm t\u00fdmem, perfektn\u00ed dostupnost\u00ed v centru Prahy a stylov\u00fdmi prostory s v\u00fdjime\u010dnou atmosf\u00e9rou!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed v\u00fdzvou p\u0159i budov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho projektu bylo naj\u00edt ide\u00e1ln\u00ed prostory. Tedy dostate\u010dn\u011b velkou halu, odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed parkovac\u00ed st\u00e1n\u00ed, kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 prostory a \u00fatuln\u00e9 m\u00edsto pro vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed stylov\u00e9 kav\u00e1rny, kter\u00e1 v na\u0161em konceptu nemohla chyb\u011bt. Naj\u00edt takto rozmanit\u00fd a ide\u00e1ln\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00fd are\u00e1l nebylo v\u016fbec snadn\u00e9. Nakonec jsem se trefili do \u010dern\u00e9ho a dokonal\u00e9 prostory jsme z\u00edskali na pomez\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00fdch Vinohrad a Nusl\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><em>V podobn\u00e9m stylu bude pokra\u010dovat i zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed rekonstrukce kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch prostor a kav\u00e1rny!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Neprodlen\u011b po podeps\u00e1n\u00ed smlouvy jsme odstartovali rekonstrukci cel\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd bylo nutn\u00e9 nejen vyklidit, ale v souladu odborem pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de uv\u00e9st do odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edho vizu\u00e1ln\u00edho stavu. Logicky jsme za\u010dali hlavn\u00ed a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed budovou, ve kter\u00e9 se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed samotn\u00e1 d\u00edlna. \u010cekala n\u00e1s rekonstrukce obvodov\u00fdch zd\u00ed, statick\u00fdch prvk\u016f, st\u0159echy i samotn\u00e9 podlahy. Zachovali jsme p\u016fvodn\u00ed industri\u00e1ln\u00ed interi\u00e9r kombinuj\u00edc\u00ed kovov\u00e9 a d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly s cihlov\u00fdmi prvky. Zvolili jsme p\u011btici sloupov\u00fdch zved\u00e1k\u016f dopln\u011bnou jedn\u00edm kompaktn\u00edm n\u016f\u017ekov\u00fdm pro rychl\u00fd servis a jedn\u00edm p\u011btitunov\u00fdm n\u016f\u017ekov\u00fdm s integrovanou laserovou geometri\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed jsme volili podle p\u0159edchoz\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed nebo jednodu\u0161e to nejlep\u0161\u00ed dostupn\u00e9 na trhu.
